Learning Cocktails: Sweet Moldavian shot

Sweet Moldavian shot

Well, I have tried in the past Irish Flag and other layered shots like B52, etc.

However, I wanted something more to my MoldoRomanian soul-and-heart.

Few weeks this bothered my mind in the background… And finally yesterday, during drinks color-solubility-density-taste experiments with Igor, we have found the layering formula of some selected drinks. If you played with cocktails and shots on your own, you might have noticed that drinks’ color, density, solubility and taste-class restrictions are quite hard for a layered drink, especially when you have a strict pattern of color.

Today, I have tried to produce the first public version and it went pretty well I can say - the taste and the look are lovely!

Îl susţin pe Daniel Răduţă

Using Google Translate German-to-English

Even a single marking point on a character makes huge difference.

However, this one, for me as a Moldovan/Romanian, is like winning the lottery - what were the chances I would misspell that character in that phrase?

Holidays Out of Office!

12/24/09 | by zveriu | Categories: Thoughts, Travel, English

My dears,

I will be Out Of “Office” (to be read out of island, out of mind, out of reach and away from the beach, etc.) on Winter Holidays period!

My GPS reads 26C3 coordinates ahead, so find me there if you please.

Ahead apologies for any delayed responses - I will catch up with replies whenever I get the chance given I have at least the poorest internet connection.

If you have any MFCUK (MiFare Classic Universal toolKit) related questions, don’t hesitate to contact me - hopefully after 26C3, myself and other MiFare hackers will have more visibility over MFCUK.

Thanks and have wonderful/pleasant/safe Winter Holidays!

Andrei

…or How to start destroying an already unstabilizing stable system :)

Btw, the SF and futurist writers/directors sometimes have nice thoughts loooong before some event/invention/etc occurs :). For example Moon Breaking scene in “The Time Machine 2002″ (thanks Igor M. for the link ;) )

NASA’S LCROSS Reveals Target Crater for Lunar South Pole Impacts

The mission team announced Wednesday that Cabeus A will be the target crater for the LCROSS dual impacts scheduled for 7:30 a.m. EDT on Oct. 9, 2009. [Take the binoculars off the shelf and quick-quick to watch the “fireworks” :D] The crater was selected after an extensive review as the optimal location for LCROSS’ evaluation of whether water ice exists at the lunar south pole.

LCROSS will search for water ice by sending its spent upper-stage Centaur rocket to impact the permanently shadowed polar crater. The satellite will fly into the plume of dust left by the impact and measure the properties before also colliding with the lunar surface. The LCROSS team selected Cabeus A based on a set of conditions that include proper debris plume illumination for visibility from Earth, a high concentration of hydrogen, and mature crater features such as a flat floor, gentle slopes and the absence of large boulders – [I hope the f**kers destroy the natural Earth satelite and affect the gravitaional fields :D]

During a media briefing Sept. 11, Daniel Andrews, LCROSS project manager at Ames, provided a mission status update indicating the spacecraft is healthy and has enough fuel to successfully accomplish all mission objectives.
